The story of La Rustichella began in 1986, when Sergio Brugnoli, originally from Norcia (Umbria), and his wife Maria, after several years of experience in the truffle sector, decided to transform their family workshop into a thriving business with a focus on the international market. They thus founded the first factory in San Cesareo, in the great area of Rome, but on their first trips abroad in America, Sergio and Maria discovered the interest and curiosity of foreigners for authentic Italian products.
The desire to spread a product as special as truffles abroad allowed Sergio Brugnoli to obtain, over the years, a well-deserved recognition. The decision to use only natural ingredients and manufacturing processes that respect the truffle's authentic flavour underlines the dedication to purity and quality.
