Cheeseburgers
With mayonnaise with Truffle

Process

Put the meat in a bowl, salt, pepper and mix with the truffle oil and the truffle powder, make 4 hamburgers (1 cup each)

Cut in julienne the onion and sauté in a pan with the shot of cognac.

Cook the hamburger and add the slice of cheese to the desired cooking, at this point cut the bread, spread the truffle pate on both sides, add the onion and the mayonnaise to the hamburger, close the sandwich and serve it.
