Dough Process

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained

let the dough rest by covering it with a rag over it so that it doesn’t dry out

roll out the dough as if you were making gnocchi, then in a cylindrical diameter shape of about 1 cm cut some pieces like gnocchi

we spread the pieces and with the help of a rolling pin we form discs

Stuffing Process

In a pan we put the oil and the ground pork, let it cook for about 5 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients, turn off and let cool.


With the help of a spoon we put a spoonful of stuffing in the middle of ours discs of dough;

We close the them as if they are bags;

We place them on the typical bamboo steamer, resting on a piece of paper oven;

Steam for about 8 minutes • READY TO BE SERVED!

3.3/5 fl.oz - worm water
0.3oz - truffle powder

Stuffing Ingredients:
7oz - Ground pork
0.3oz - Grated ginger
1.35 fl. oz - Concentrated chicken broth
0.3oz - Sugar
1.7oz - Slice truffle carpaccio
0.6 fl. oz - Sesame oil
0.16 fl. oz. - Soy sauce
Salt, pepper
