TRUFFLE BROWNIE

1) Preheat the oven to 180℃. In a metal bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and truffle honey.
2) In a small saucepan carefully melt together the chocolate and butter, stirring until just melted.
3) Add the egg mixture into the chocolate and butter, stirring carefully with a silicone spoon.
4) Sift in the flour and truffle powder, stirring constantly until fully combined. Now tip in the hazelnuts and mix well.
5) Butter a baking tray an 8x8cm baking tray and line with baking paper. Pour in the brownie mixture and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
6) Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Place in the fridge for two hours before serving sliced into squares.
