CREAMY TRUFFLE EGG

1) Break the eggs in a bowl, add oil, milk, Parmesan cheese, paté, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
2) In a small saucepan, pour in the mixture and cook over low heat, stirring continuously until the desired creamy consistency is achieved.
Tip: serve with toasted bread slices.
