TRUFFLE TOMAHAWK STEAK

1) Season the meat with truffle oil, salt with truffle and green pepper, distribute the whole piece of meat, massaging with your hands.
2) Cooking the meat is possible on the grill, if not in a non-stick pan to toast the outside well, trying to leave it to the blood inside, or the cooking you prefer, cut and serve with a dash of truffle oil and another pinch of truffle salt.
