1) Season the steak with truffle oil, truffle salt and green pepper. Massage the meat to fully coat. 2) Cooking the meat in a grill pan until seared well on both sides but pink in the middle, cook longer for well done. 3) Slice the steak and serve with a dash of truffle oil and another pinch of truffle salt.
