THE RUSTICHELLA
SERGIO'S WORLD

A story of passion, culture and excellence

Truffles: a family art

The story of La Rustichella began in 1986, but its roots lie much further back, in the love of truffles and Umbrian tradition shared by Sergio Brugnoli , originally from Norcia, and his wife Maria Marsili . After years of experience in the industry, they decided to transform their small family workshop into a global company, opening their first facility in San Cesareo, near Rome.

It was during their first trips abroad—especially to America—that Sergio and Maria realized the fascination of Italian truffles: an amazement that ignited in them the desire to bring this excellence abroad.

With absolute dedication, uncompromising quality, and the use of only natural ingredients, La Rustichella has earned an international reputation over the years. This commitment lives on today, even through their three children , who have grown up with the same passion and are an active part of a legacy that continues to evolve.

The symbol of this story is the famous Black Truffle Pâté from the Must Have line: a worldwide bestseller which, after many years, remains the most loved and sought-after product, a pure expression of the excellence that Sergio and Maria began to build over forty years ago.
